While establishing his cleaning firm in the 1970s, Norman Haines found that he needed his own computer programme to manage the operation. It was designed to make administration easier and more efficient and provide a better insight into how the business was performing.

It has since been developed for the sector as a whole and specialises in supplying an all-round solution, for tasks such as payroll, invoicing, auditing, stock management and timesheet management.
