1. Warnings Screen – Calendar Tab: A new ‘Calendar’ tab has been added to the Warnings screen to make it easy to see all events of Warnings that fall within a given calendar month. Each day has its own box and a side panel on the right shows all the events for the selected day. Users may ‘drill down’ to the full details of an event by clicking on the + box. Any event that is visible in the various Warning tabs will be shown in the calendar. It will not scan ahead to look for future events that do not appear in the Warnings
  2. Warnings Screen: A new ‘Colours’ button has been added to the Warnings screen. Users can now choose which colours to use for the various types of warning message. A ‘Reset’ button is also available, should users wish to return to the default colour scheme. You can also Zoom (F5) or double click on the Description text, which will bring up another screen where all available colours can be seen at once and selected from.
  3. BACS – user definable formats: Site Manager provides numerous different BACS formats, as used by most of the major UK banks, but if you need a layout that is not already in our list, you can now define one of your own! See:• Setups> B. Setups and Defaults> External Links
    • Select the button ‘Change Bank Details’
    • Choose ‘Definable Template’You then ‘Zoom’ [F5] from the User Defined Template field to choose or create a new template. Full instructions on how to use this new functionality can be found in the ‘User Defined BACS Formats.pdf’ located in the Cleanlink\Crib Sheets folder.
  4. EziTracker: Staff Telephone No.: New fields for Mobile Telephone number & Address have been added to the interface between Site Manager & Ezitracker. This makes it much easier to manage the addition of new Staff to Ezitracker because the mobile telephone number is used for employees to be able to receive SMS text messages when registering with the Ezitracker code box app.
  5. EziTracker: Site Address & Postcode: New fields for Site Address and Postcode have been added to the interface between Site Manager & Ezitracker.
  6. EziTracker: Sending New Staff: When creating new Staff and sending them to Ezitracker, the process of notifying who the persons Manager is has been improved. Previously, if the new Staff member was sent to Ezitracker before any jobs had been entered for them, the default Manager was sent, which would often be the wrong person.
    This process has been improved: After confirming in the Staff screen that you wish to update Ezitracker, a new popup will appear. This will present a list of managers and allow the user to choose which one to send to Ezitracker, with the default (as defined on the Ezitracker parameters) already pre-selected.
  7. CL Mobile> Stores Order – Customer Ref field: A new reference field has been added to the Stores Order screen of the CL Mobile App in which a manager can enter a Customer Reference. This reference will then feed through to Site Manager into the Customer Reference field on the Stock tab> C. View, Maintain & Invoice Stock. And it will be output as ‘Your Ref’ on printed delivery notes.
  8. Worksheets – ‘Print Signed Worksheets’ Report: A new report has been added to the Reports menu that will print Worksheets that have been signed. This is useful for sending to customers when needing to demonstrate that work has been done and who signed it off. See: Reports tab> Print Signed Worksheets.
  9. Staff Pay History Report: This report has been improved:• A new Staff ID range has been added
    • A Pay Cycle range has been added
    • Options to output subtotals on both CSV & Printed outputs
    • Extended grand totals on printed report to include all 8 Pay columns.These changes make this report much more useful, (say) for working out average pay for particular groups of staff. See: Staff> A. Staff Maintain> select Ee> Pay History> Report.
  10. Invoices – email addresses: The email address has been extended from 100 to 250 characters in these places:
    • Clients> Email
    • Clients> Email for Invoices
    • Sites> Email
    • Sites> Email for Invoices
