1. Check/Amend Tax Regime – a new Function has been added to the Setups>Advanced>Import/Amend Data menu. This will scan the Staff file checking for Tax Regime/Postcode mis-matches. If found these are either corrected or the user is prompted to assess each mis-match, depending on the options chosen.NB – upon first use of version 6.03, an automatic check of Tax Regimes to postcodes will be ran with the results output to a spreadsheet in the Reports folder and the Check/Amend Tax Regime program will be entered.
2. Staff Check Report – Checks for mis-matches on tax regime and postcode have been added.
3. Anomalies Report – Checks for mis-matches on tax regime and postcode have been added.
4. Actual Site Margin report – Collecting Data. A new parameter has been added to the setups (formats tab) ‘Use No. of days in Month on Site Margin’. This modifies the percentage of data from each cycle. With this set the percentage is calculated as the number of days that the cycle falls within the month. For example if a 4 weekly cycle only has 5 days in the cycle. 5/28th (or 17.86%) of that cycle’s value is included.
5. Pay History Report – The selection by geographic range has been added.
6. Timesheet Imports – Spreadsheet – For monthly cycles the import will now handle 4 pay codes. Weekly cycles are still restricted to 2.
7. Workplace Pensions Exports – The Peoples Pension. A new facility has been added to allow you to choose the date format to use in the extract file. There are 11 different formats that areThis makes it easier to upload files as you can match the Cleanlink output to the date format that TPP expect.
8. Main Menu – A new facility to ‘Reset Screens’. CleanLink Site Manager ‘remembers’ many of the changes that individual users make to screens / forms, such as size, location, table column positions & widths etc. If (for instance) a user sometimes uses different sized monitors, their previous screen changes may no longer be optimal. The Reset button can be used to restore all screens to their original state. This functionality is also available from anywhere in Site Manager via the keyboard, using Ctrl+R.
